The week started out great. Projects were going well. Everything was working out with your team. Then, all of a sudden, BOOM. Everything goes wrong and you feel like the only person you can rely on is yourself.
I don’t have anything to give away but maybe we can help some people heal. What was your worst day and how did you recover? Leave a comment. Share your story. You can also comment on this and other posts on the There From Here Facebook page.

Worst Day Ever:
Late 90s, I guess. Former workplace had been having rumors of layoffs for weeks. That day, boom was lowered. While I was not let go, others were – full blown downer. Then in the afternoon, a dear friend passed away. Still reeling from those, I left work that afternoon to get a haircut before church. Eyes closed and thinking deeply, I didn’t notice as the stylist left me with a receding hairline that I did not have at the time. On too many levels, that was a bad day.
Sheesh…how did you recover?
Time heals most bad haircuts.
Lol. True. I was also told time wounds all heels one day. Made me laugh.
Hey there! Sorry to hear you are having a tough week! All of my bad days seem to be blurred in memory into one giant bad day … all I can say is remember that you’ve got great friends, family and other people in your life who’ve got your back, even when it seems like you’re hanging out there in the breeze by yourself!
Hope things get better soon!
It’s not so much me as a general feeling I have that this week is loaded with drama for some people. I’m hoping to alleviate some stress with these stories.
